Our Hope

Hi neighbors,

We are hoping to create a dispersed street party where neighbors can wander and visit with each other. Donnie suggested a theme of Hosts and Wanderers.

Hosts would stay at their own home for all or part of the evening and host something for their wandering neighbors. That something could be a lawn game, a snack or drink, or an activity. Let your imagination fill in the blanks.

Since we have to consider the health of our neighbors and their families, we need to be sure anything offered by a Host can be cleaned between users or can served safely.

Game Ideas suggested to us so far are:

• Corn hole

• Lawn darts

• Bocce ball

• A miniture golf hole (if multiple neighbors do this we could have a 9-hole course!)

Food ideas suggestions so far are:

• Individually wrapped popsicles or ice cream bars

• Beverage station

Activities might include:

• late evening fire pits at different homes so we can choose to gather in smaller groups

• Art activity

• Dancing
